The cost of the bid package is $100.00 per set. Check should be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners of Garrett County, Maryland. All out of town contractors must pre-pay for shipping and the cost of the plans.
Project Description: The Board of County Commissioners of Garrett County, Maryland will accept sealed bids for the construction of Contract 2 for the Thayerville Water System. Contract 2 includes the construction of a dual train 300-gpm water treatment plant and a 100 gpm booster station as specified.

Pre-Bid Meeting: Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Public Meeting Room located at 203 South Fourth Street, Room 209, Oakland, Maryland.
The cost of bid package is $100.00 per set. Check should be made payable to the Board of County Commmisioners of Garrett County, Maryland. All out of town contractors must pre-pay for shipping and the cost of the plans. Contractors shall supply either a FedEx or UPS account number for courier service.
Project Description: The Board of County Commissioners of Garrett County, Maryland will accept sealed bids for the construction of Contract 1 for the Thayerville Water System. Contract 1 has been divided in to three (3) individual sections with four (4) bidding options. Contractor can submit bids on each individual section (A, B or C) and/or submit a bid for the total contract (section D). This contract includes, but is not limited to the following: installation of approximately 39,640 linear feet of various sizes of PVC water lines, appurtenances and asphalt milling and paving.
